About 200 children from Donbas to spend winter holidays in Austria

Austria will take part in the supply of construction materials for the restoration of Donbas and receive around 200 children from the liberated areas of the region for winter holidays.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said this in a joint statement to the press after a meeting with Austrian Federal Chancellor Werner Faymann in Kyiv on Wednesday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"We appreciate the humanitarian initiatives of the Austrian government, including those concerning assistance in the restoration and reconstruction of Donbas through the supply of concrete building materials and an invitation for 200 children in the areas liberated from occupation to spend a winter vacation in Austria," he said.
