    Working group of EU Council formulating proposals for expanding sanctions against Russia over annexation of Crimea

    The Verkhovna Rada has adopted an action program of the Cabinet of Ministers. A total of 269 lawmakers voted for this decision at a parliament meeting on Thursday.

    As reported, on December 9, the Cabinet of Ministers approved its action program for 2015-2016.

     

    Russia projected about 50-60,000 troops to occupied Crimea and deployed operational-tactical missiles on the peninsula, the action range of which is 500 km.
