Verkhovna Rada earmarks money to combat flu
The Verkhovna Rada has today amended the state budget law 2009 to allocate UAH 608 million for combating influenza epidemic in Ukraine.

The Health Ministry of Ukraine has already confirmed 501 deaths of flu and acute respiratory virus infections from October 29 to December 14 in all the 24 regions of Ukraine, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol.
