Pensioners on liberated territories receive payments for October

October pension payments on the territories, liberated from terrorists, are completely funded.

Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Mailing departments of Ukraine on the territories, released from terrorists, are now provided with the necessary funds for payment of pensions this month up to November 7 inclusive, banking institutions - up to November 5 inclusive. UAH 2.4 billion of pension payments are financed,” Lysenko said.

According to him, due to military actions on the east of the country, payment of pensions and pecuniary aid was funded in 22 districts and towns of Donetsk region and in 15 - in Luhansk region.

“At the same time, terrorists in districts of Donetsk region, controlled by them, rob ATMs and bank departments. This makes impossible payments and deprives people of livelihood means,” the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Spokesman stressed.
