Пятый президент Украины Петр Порошенко не смог ответить на вопрос о том где и когда заключал сделку для снятия денег в Международном инвестиционном банке. Об этом юрист Андрей Портнов рассказал в эфире программы "Преступление и наказание" на телеканале NEWSONE.
"Суд нашел достаточно доказательств, и санкционировал доступ к этим данным. Это значит, что буде вывернуто на изнанку все, начиная от кассиров, которые выдавали, и заканчивая документами и платежками", - рассказал юрист.
Портнов отметил, что экс-президент знал о своем допросе в ГБР, так как об этом свидетельствует ходатайство Порошенко перенести его дату на две недели позже, так как он уезжает в отпуск.
"Порошенко выбрал худшую форму поведения со следователями. На вопрос "где, когда и при каких обстоятельствах заключал сделку", он ответил "не помню". Это же надо уже такими миллиардами апеллировать, чтобы не помнить, где ты заключил сделку на 300 млн долларов. Напомню, 300 млн долларов в украинской валюте - это около 17-18 млрд гривен. Это полтора КамАЗа, а он этого не помнит", - подчеркнул Портнов.
Юрист также отметил, что Порошенко воспользовался правом не давать против себя показания, а это является худшей практикой в следствии.
Если доказательства, которые соберет ГБР и НАБУ относительно Порошенко будут бесспорными и убедительными – тогда парламентское большинство, которое контролирует президент Зеленский, без колебаний снимет депутатскую неприкосновенность с народного депутата Порошенко..
