Cabinet plans to endorse top-priority plan for building protective structures on West Ukrainian riversYulia Tymoshenko has underscored that for today the Government has enough money in order to build a modern system of prevention from emergency situations, in particular, the floods similar to those that occurred in July 2008. She noted that a system of protective structures will include a sufficient number of dams and other protective objects.
