Viktor Baloha, a parliament member (independent), claims the Higher Administrative Court has deprived Pavlo Baloha and Oleksandr Dombrovskyi (both are independent) of Verkhovna Rada members' mandates.

Viktor Baloha has written this in Facebook.

"The Higher Administrative Court has just made the decision on Pavlo Baloha. "The judges" have ruled to deprive him of the deputy mandate, of a parliament member's status; to hold re-election in constituency No. 71 and overturn the Central Election Commission's decision to register Pavlo Baloha as a Verkhovna Rada member," Viktor Baloha stressed.

The similar decision was made on Dombrovskyi (election constituency No. 11), he added.

Viktor Baloha considers the court decision unconstitutional.

As Ukrainian News reported, Pavlo Baloha, a member of the Yedynyi Tsentr party, won the October 28 parliamentary elections in constituency No. 71 (Zakarpattia region).

Baloha took up 35.91% of votes, after counting 100% of processed protocols of constituency commissions.

Self-nominated candidate Oleksandr Dombrovskyi won the parliamentary election in constituency No. 11 (Vinnytsia region).

He received 30.16% of the votes, at the conclusion of the count of 100% of processed protocols of constituency commissions.
