One population centre remains without electricity, two without water supply, and 43 without gas supply. A total of 77 dams were strengthened and 273.15 kilometres of roads reconstructed. Emergency Ministry workers pumped out water from 21,274 flooded houses (241 over the last 24 hours), and delivered 321.746 tons of food (23.315 tons over the last 24 hours), 998,689 litres of drinking water (25,700 litres over the last 24 hours) and over six tons of medicine to the flood-hit regions. Work continues on pumping out water from flooded houses and wells, cleaning roads and passages. The health inspection service is constantly monitoring the epidemiological situation. The public is being informed about the situation and measures that are being taken for its stabilization. Over the last 24 hours, the aircraft of the Emergency Ministry and the Defense Ministry carried out 31 flights, transported 148 people (medical workers, sick people, and teams of specialists) and 3.58 tons of cargo. The Emergency Ministry's State Weather Forecast Service is constantly monitoring water levels in the rivers helping to respond to negative changes in the situation in time. In all, 10,484 people and 2,180 units of equipment of the civil defense forces, the Interior Ministry and the Defense Ministry, including 6,225 people and 1,555 units of automobile and special equipment from the Emergency Ministry, are involved in the rescue work.
