Bandits continue to attack the Donetsk airport

Russian special forces have tried to attack the Donetsk airport, but retreated with significant losses, the press center for the anti-terrorist operation has reported.

"Bandits continue to attack the Donetsk airport. Fighters of the Russian special purpose squad were used for the assault. Our guys again repulsed the enemy's attack. The attackers retreated, suffering heavy losses," reads the statement.

As reported, Ukrainian servicemen defending the Donetsk airport have recently been rotated.
