Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn says it a thorough investigation into the circumstances of Transport and Communication Minister Heorhiy Kyrpa's death should be held.



Lytvyn was speaking in Zhytomyr during his visit to the regional children's home, where he congratulated those living there on the New Year holidays.



"It is hard to comment [on the death], we need to investigate," Lytvyn said.
