Central Election Commission continues to recieve protocols with "wet seals"
By the morning of January 19, The CEC has taken 5 such protocols of district electoral committees.

CEC chaiman Volodymyr Shapoval, by way of commenting the course of summing up the election returns, said that the CEC did not get any complaint from the presidential candidates concerning holding of the election. He called for more accuracy in comments and asked not to manupulate with comments like "numerous" and " mass" infringements because, he said, the voters' register has been made and the electoral rolls proved to be more accurate than at the previous election.
